Refund & Cancellation Policy
All program fees are final
Ascent TRT and Weight Loss provides medical care. Your program fee covers your provider’s clinical evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing management, follow-up visits, and provider access throughout your treatment period.
Program fees are not refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to monthly plans, prepaid plans, and per-period programs.
Prepaid plans
Three-month and six-month plans are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for prepayment. They are not refundable in whole or in part, and unused months are not refunded if you discontinue care.
Ending ongoing care
Monthly plans
Notify us at least 30 days before your next scheduled draft to stop future charges. Charges already processed are not refunded.
Weight loss programs
Your program fee is billed at the start of each treatment period. Once a period has been billed it is not refundable. To end care before the next period begins, contact us in advance.
Shipping problems
If a shipment is damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the pharmacy to correct it.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges and processing errors are corrected promptly. Contact us as soon as you notice one.
